Chimney Masters Account Closure

Website Migration & Google Adwords Control

It was a pleasure to speak with you today. After 32 years of 360° of digital marketing services to Chimney Masters we regret to inform you that due to irreparable new management decisions and disagreements, the Chimney Masters account is being terminated effective after Website Migration completion. Regardless, I want to assure you that EMPARC is still dedicated to assuring you quality and trustworthy services in this final process.

As you requested, I am documenting and sending you the steps for webserver migration. Just provide us with the necessary information and we will do all the work!

Once the website migration process has been started towards the new Chimney Masters server, we can modify the Google verification process to allow one of your elected representatives access (1).

Website & Email Migration Steps

1. EMPARC will solely perform the migration for Chimney Masters to the elected server. Due to multiple client websites on the same server as chimneymasters.com we will not allow any representatives of Chimney Masters to access our servers. This is due to protecting our other client’s privacy and security.

• Provide Website Server Information (Plesk, Godaddy etc.)
• Password & Username for both Domain Name Server & Hosting Server.
• Verify Chimney Masters Emails to retain/delete and forward emails. (See Below)

2. We anticipate 3-4 days to complete the process after the webserver information is completely provided. We will confirm completion.
3. In addition, due to the Internet propagation times the website transfer could take an additional 0 to 72 hours.
4. Email Migration (Selections) Currently we have 4 different email addresses each sending the results to different email addresses-known as forwarding (fwd);
